Championship Course @ Air Academy HS Description Race # 2 will run on the exact course of the Conference Championship Meet.The course is a mixture of grass and dirt. This course is comprised of both flat and uphill sections and also has open and wooded sections. Men's 5K and Women's 5k cross country race. Registration
Packet Pick Up
Two days before your event or 2 hours prior to your race; on race day.
Please wait 24 hours after submitting your registration online to pick up your packet. Registration must be done by clicking on the above "Click Here To Register" button. No paper/mail-in registrations are available. Racers unable to pick up packets before the race may do so at the event. We highly encourage runners to pick up packets before the event to avoid the possibility of missing your race to the fact that you may have to wait in line to receive a packet; which will include your race number.
T-Shirts
Every participant who registers before 8:45 PM on TBA, will receive a t-shirts while supplies last. Shirts are ordered based on the sizes indicated during online registration.
T-Shirts are NOT guaranteed to late registered racers.

FASTEST 3 Males and Females in each division
Divisions: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over
Weather Policy
Unless Runners Roost Events determines that conditions are too dangerous; races will be held, rain or shine! Weather determinations will be based on a prudent decision made on race weekend or race day by Runners Roost Events and track officials. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather there will be neither refunds nor transfers. This position is consistent with USA Track & Field recommendations and with the protocol of sharing the risks associated with the sport of running. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Runners Roost Events reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of the race.
Medic/First Aid
There will be a medical tent located on the infield for minor injuries, in case of emergency or any serious medical needs 911 will be called at the participants cost. This event will assume no responsibility for cost incurred due to a medical emergency. Racers should carry medical insurance in order to attend this race as you will not be medically insured or covered by this event.
